Yes, you're so welcome! You will be able to do all of the sessions, except for the weekly conditioning class. This will be clearly labelled.

You’ll need two pairs of dumbbells - here’s my guidelines:
Beginner guidelines: 4kg & 8kg
Intermediate guidelines: 5kg & 10kg
Advanced guidelines:
6kg & 12.5kg
A set of short resistance bands (Gritin or Core Flex on Amazon are both good)
A sturdy chair or a gym bench
A set of yoga blocks
