No, you can train anywhere! In fact, over 50% of our community do all of their LWC classes from home. You just need a few basic pieces of kit to get started (check out question two for the list). If you’ve got a gym membership, that’s great too! You’ll have plenty of flexibility to try different dumbbells and find what works.

You’ll need two pairs of dumbbells - here’s my guidelines:
Beginner guidelines: 4kg & 8kg
Intermediate guidelines: 5kg & 10kg
Advanced guidelines: 6kg & 12.5kg
A set of short resistance bands (Gritin or Core Flex on Amazon are both good)
A sturdy chair or a gym bench
A set of yoga blocks

There are regular live classes available for you to join wherever you are in the world, but all of these are then uploaded and made available in the app, so you have full flexibility if you miss the time slot.

Absolutely not, please come and join us! I am so excited to show you the power of this approach. There is so much variety, so you can really explore and find the classes you love. You’ll notice that there’s often multiple variations given in a class, so you can train at the right level for you and understand how to progress the next time.

Yes, we have a huge library of classes guided by a qualified expert who knows how to modify certain exercises for your body (hi, hello, that’s me). There are multiple research papers that show the positive benefits of strength training during pregnancy. Some of our community have been doing classes the day before they go into labour!

Yes! A carefully selected group of movement experts contribute classes regularly, so our team is fresh to give you their best and you never get bored.

We’re really confident you’ll love it, as LWC has an industry leading retention rate, but if you decide you’d like to make a change to your training, you can manage your subscription under “My Account” in the app.
