Ready, steady, GLOW🌶️The ultimate challenge to feel your strongest this summer.
Striking the right balance between flexibility and structure, this is my signature challenge with 5* reviews.
What's included?
- A specialist female fitness programme that covers five pillars (strength, pilates, yoga, barre and HIIT)
- 5 classes a week, for 8 weeks - beginning Monday 9th June 2025
- An Accountability Angel - you have the option of completing the programme together, for extra accountability and support
What do I need?
You must have access to:
- a set of medium dumbbells (3-6kgs)
- a set of heavy dumbbells (7kgs+)
- a pack of short resistance bands
- a mat
The following list is not essential, but would be helpful:
- a set of yoga blocks
- a soft Pilates ball
- a Pilates ring
Is it pre and post natal suitable?
Yes, you're so welcome! You will be able to do all of the sessions, except for the weekly conditioning class. This will be clearly labelled.
